セビチェは人気の夏のシーフード料理です。 魚はレモンとオレンジのジュースで固められ、コリアンダー、タマネギ、その他の新鮮な食材で味付けされます。 そのタパス、前菜、またはおかずとして通常食べられます。



Ceviche Workshop
July 18 (Sat)

Ceviche is a popular summer seafood dish. The fish is cured with lemon and orange juices, then seasoned with cilantro, onion, and other fresh ingredients. Its typically eaten as a tapas, appetizer, or side dish.
In this workshop we will make two different preparations.

*Workshop registration fee of ¥1000 includes the recipe and a video so you can recreate the dish many times.

**This workshop will be conducted mostly in English, but I will try to communicate in Japanese as necessary and able.
