Gorditas directly translates to Fatty. In Mexico we use this word as a term of endearment and it is not meant to be offensive. Gorditas are a corn masa thick tortilla that is pan cooked or fried and then stuffed with favorite toppings. Variations depend on the region in Mexico and there is even dessert version. In this workshop we will make pan and fried gorditas, and stuff them with our favorite ingredients. Ingredients list is sent after payment.
