Learn how to make two classic Mexican breads: bolillos and teleras. These breads are a staple of Mexican cuisine and are used in a variety of dishes, such as sandwiches, tortas, and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This masterclass includes all the ingredients, supplies, and recipes you need to make these delicious breads at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are Bolillos and Teleras?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baking Menu<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Bolillos<\/strong> are a type of bread roll that is popular in Mexico. They are long and thin, with a crusty exterior and a soft, fluffy interior. Bolillos are often used for making sandwiches, such as tortas, molletes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Teleras<\/strong> are a type of flatbread that is also popular in Mexico. They are round and have a slightly raised edge. Teleras translates to three rows, so the name refers to the brands it has, it is a golden bread because of the touch of sugar used in its preparation. Teleras are often used for Mexican sandwiches such as tortas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
