She is a mother, ceramist, friend, cultural ambassador and fellow cooking aficionado. She will guide you into the world of Latin America with a twist of El Ecuador with all its beautiful aroma and flavors here in Japan. Empanadas is a popular dish in all of Latin-America that can be made from wheat flout or corn masa. Usually filled with different fillings and topped off with salsas. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Empanada de Carne: <\/strong>Classic meat empanada made with sofrito of onions, garlic, red pepper, cilantro and spices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Empanada de Cebolla:<\/strong> Inspired in an old Chilean recipe, this empanada is filled with caramelized onions flavored with a touch of paprika, cayenne and cumin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salsa Chimichurri:<\/strong> An Argentine favorite, this salsa is the perfect combination of herbs, garlic and red chilis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salsa de Aj\u00ed<\/strong>: A must on the Ecuadorian table, this tomato based sauce blended with cilantro and lemon juice can be the perfect complement for any dish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agua de Pi\u00f1a:<\/strong> Pineapple drink infused with mint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-white-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-heading\" style=\"background-color:#4428b7\">Reservation Form <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please fill out the form below to sign up for the Empanadas Workshop. When you schedule a workshop we work hard to give back to the community and source the freshest ingredients possible, even if the workshops are online.
