From soaking and grinding the corn to shaping and cooking tortillas, sopes, and gorditas, you will learn the entire process of creating masa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take home an heirloom corn tortilla packet and enjoy a meal with the various masa preparations you make during the class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our menu is vegetarian \/ plant friendly, as well as naturally gluten free. Please read all of the menu items before booking a session as the menu is set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The class is 2.5 hours long and includes materials, ingredients, lunch and drinks, plus a special gift from Molino Campo Noble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
