The workshop is 1 hour and 30 minutes, and it comes with my grandmas corn tortilla recipe! You will walk out of this workshop ready to make your own tacos.
- Corn Tortilla : A thin “flatbread” made from nixtamalizied corn. This is a process where corn is is dried and treated in a high akaline solution. Causing the outer hard shell to dissolve making it easier to grind.
