How to Prepare Your Tamales (Frozen)
All tamales are delivered frozen to preserve quality and freshness.
Step 1: Thawing
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, or
Keep tamales in their original wrapping and submerge in hot water until softened
Step 2: Reheating
Steam: 10–15 minutes, or Microwave: 1–2 minutes at 500W
Step 3: Unwrapping
Move the flap and carefully unwrap the tamal from the husk.
Step 4: Check
Ensure the tamal is fully heated through and soft.
Step 5: Serving
Enjoy as is, or add toppings such as sour cream and salsa macha.
Storage
Store in a tightly sealed freezer bag or container to maintain freshness.
Up to 2 weeks refrigerated
Up to 1 month frozen.
