Shipping Information

We ship nationwide in Japan using Yamato Cool. Shipping fees start at ¥900 and vary based on your location and order size. Payment is made via chakubarai (pay upon delivery).

Tamale orders include heating instructions and storage guidelines.

Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, as we cannot take responsibility for unreceived orders. Tamales are perishable and should be collected within two days of attempted delivery.

Please note: We do not accept refunds due to the time and care involved in crafting our tamales. Each batch is made with love and labor to bring authentic flavors to Japan at a fair price. Thank you for your understanding!

About Nippon Viajero Tamales

Nippon Viajero has offered authentic Mexican tamales since 2019. Offering an authentic recipe that uses mexican and japanese ingredients. Our tamales are naturally gluten free. We offer vegan version and our masa is made from white corn masa, rice oil, and salt making them a nutritional part of any diet!
