She will guide you through the basics of making a * taquiza, and the secrets behind the perfect taco. The next time you throw a fiesta you can pull it off like a pro.

New Workshop Menu
In this workshop you will learn how to make tortillas from scratch, salsa, and how to marinade meat for the classic Tacos al Pastor. This is one of the basic tacos you must try! We will also make you dessert a very traditional flan. Vegan version is available but do let us know when you sign up so we can prepare the menu.
- Tortillas: Hand-made blue and white corn tortillas.
- Taco Filling: Al pastor- Marinated pork in achiote and spices. Vegan version available upon request.
- Salsa: Salsa Verde – made from serrano chili peppers, herbs, and spices.
- Garnishes: White onion, fresh pineapple, coriander.
- Dessert- Flan a Mexican cinnamon custard. Vegan version available upon request.
- Cinnamon Jamaica: Hibiscus tea infused with cinnamon.

Cancellations must be done 48 hours in advance for a full credit. No credit for same-day cancellations. Vanessa shared her knowledge of Mexican cooking in such an approachable way and generously explained about technique, how the dishes are traditionally prepared and how we can adjust them to what we can get in Japan. Really appreciated the time and effort it must’ve taken to arrange everything and give the participants an authentic and enjoyable experience. Looking forward to recreating the dishes at home, and of course, her future workshops!
